MzGrammyBear Speaks On It~ Little Miss Blackie By Alexis Graves~~Official Review

Little Miss Blackie
By: Alexis Graves

Besides Charlotte's Web, Little Miss Blackie has it going on in my book! Another children's book that have me thinking I may need to step my "Purr~Fect Game" up! LOL

I found reading Ms. Graves "web of literature" a serious message behind this story. Actually it was several!

Very close to her grandmother, Little Miss Blackie was not an ordinary eight legged pal. She was born with a special gift and she utilized it to the fullest. Like many who were born "different" as some may say, Little Miss Blackie was often ridiculed. Little did they know the exact thing they were ridiculing Little Miss Blackie for made her the talk of the town. In addition, most importantly she brightened up a person's day, including her sick grandmother! Clearly a page turner for the children! Definitely parents, teachers, grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins...he)) the entire neighborhood go and purchase this beautiful "web of literature" and allow Little Miss Blackie to web her way into your heart!! Thumbs up Ms. Graves...another I salute!

You may find this book for purchase @ www.littlemissblackie.com.

Until next time...stay purr~fect!

MzGrammyBear Speaks On It~ Ko'Ture By Saunda Cunningham~~Official Review

Ko'Ture...The Untold Story
By: Saunda N. Cunningham

From front to back, this hands down is a #GreatRead. In addition, can't forget about the cover art itself....just amazing! Kudos Ms. Cunningham!! :-)

Now let's go inside I'm about to tell the story. LOL

Please welcome Ko'Ture! As we enter the life of this young calm, cool and collective high school student we will experience all her trials and tribulations from drama with friends, dating, discovering herself as far as sexuality and teen pregnancy. In addition there was the fiasco of the parents not liking the boyfriend, but trust they had VERY fair reason. From beginning to end this "Untold Story" kept me on the edge of my seat, sometimes in complete utter shock...like oh no they didn't"! Basically I had a "What Part of The Game Was THAT" moment! Myself along with my cousin was totally fascinated with this read and have to give another shout to Saunda Cunningham for this one! Girl when part 2 coming out! LOL

Check out www.amazon.com, not now...but right now and go get this read!

Until next time people...

MzGrammyBear Speaks On It~ Cheyenne the Cat Author: Amanda Eaddy Oliver~~Official Review

Cheyenne the Cat
By: Amanda Eaddy Oliver

Amanda Eaddy Oliver you really out did yourself. I may have to step my "Purr~Fect Game" up ! LOL ..I tell you all, this cat Ms. Oliver calls Cheyenne is something special!

People please allow me to introduce Cheyenne the Cat...born to feline parents Roxy and Raul Cheyenne was as I stated before something special. In our world some may consider her to be an "Army Brat". Her father served his country...he was a soldier in the Feline Army. Cheyenne totally adored both parents but of course she was "Daddy's Little Girl". Cheyenne was very mischievous, therefore you can imagine she didn't have much friends. Daddy was pretty much her only friend!

When she finally made herself a buddy, low and behold it was a pug! Yes a puppy ! After reading this book, only one conclusion came to mind, the children are going to love this! If they don't already! This feline tale of love, family and friendship is a certified page turner for the kiddies! Ms. Oliver I salute you my sister. Thank you so much for introducing me to Cheyenne the Cat and her world I truly enjoyed!! :-)

Cheyenne the Cat may be purchased via www.authorhouse.com and www.amazon.com to name a few. Trust me if you have children or even if you just like to read I strongly recommend...#PurchaseRightNow !!

Until the next time...stay purr~fect!!

MzGrammyBear Speaks On It~ THE BALTIMORE URBAN BOOK FESTIVAL

THE BALTIMORE URBAN BOOK FESTIVAL
.....

I must say I really enjoyed myself at this event. Author Chris Hicks really made The Baltimore Urban Book Festival a "sure fide" hell of an event.

As any event, was a little hectic in the beginning, but once everyone was set up and ready to go smooth sailing from there. Authors were networking all over the place and it was just great. The children, authors, book clubs, he)) entire families had a great time. I meant to get my face painted! LOL

Yes there was face painting for the children, book readings...which I must say I had the privilege of taking part. But the only thing... bad enough I was a tad bashful but sheez the children was all into their face painting not even paying me any attention. LOL I'm not even mad at them, I would have been too! :-) Thanks to Gabrielle, she was a little girl who assist with the reading and was so in love with my books. Major shout outs to her and a grand father...xoxoxoxo

In addition, I met some really great Authors and got reacquainted with a few. Shout out to 1st and foremost Author Chris Hicks, Alexis Graves, Tamika Newhouse, Amanda Eaddy Oliver, Sandra Clark & EnvyRed to name a few. Overall it was a great success, Mr. Hicks take a serious bow..you did your thing! Shout out t/all whom made this event a success. Thank you to all who came out to support your favorite "momma bear"!
