For those of you who said it was a female sorry but you all are wrong. Ladies and gentlemen I introduce popular "tranney" Sidney Star!! Look at these fools above, poor guys! LOL...they can't even tell that is a transvestite. To be honest if I didn't know before hand I may have thought that was a female. Honestly he looks just like a she and the doctor did a fabulous job!
